Biography of our CEO

Felesia Van Lee is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience, founded, Peterman & Associates on November 15, 1996. Mrs. Van Lee received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Tuskegee University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Atlanta University. Her career includes Management, Behavioral Health Clinician in the area of Mental Health and Child and Adolescent Therapist in the field of Social Work. In 1996 she founded Peterman & Associates to continue to provide support for individuals with disabilities. Mrs. Van Lee is a dedicated seasoned Clinician and Manager who believes in quality care and exceptional leadership. Mrs. Van Lee continues to make a lasting impact, fostering growth, and transformation within her community and beyond. She built an organization committed to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities.

Michaelle Smith

Michaelle has over 30 years of administrative experience. She retired from Fulton County Government in 2015. Michaelle is a graduate of Alabama A & M University with a bachelor’s degree in Office Administration. She enjoys reading, traveling, and watching Turkish films. Michaelle is a dog lover and have a Cockapoo name BonSoir.

Michaelle is a dedicated team member of Peterman & Associates.

Domonique Goods

Domonique Goods is originally from Gary, Indiana raised in Fort Myers, FL and Acworth GA. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master's Degree in Social Work at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL. She has been practicing in Social Work for over six years ranging from Forensic Social Work to Substance Abuse and Recovery. Ms. Goods love to help those in need and is compassionate about the work that she does render for the clients on her caseload. She has been working with Peterman & Associates for the waiver program since August 2023.
